I work with The Future Laboratory on many of their food futures reports and projects for their major food retail clients. For the past year, I have been consulting for Original Beans, a sustainable chocolate company. I have devised and am implementing their UK sales & marketing strategy including the nitty gritty of introducing the company to key retail buyers and chefs besides building their presence in the UK chocolate world.
