I write for print and digital both in the UK and internationally besides creating content for clients in the food, restaurant and travel industry.

My subject matter varies from the rise of restaurants with bakeries attached to St Petersburg’s newest culinary star: Igor Grigeschkin at Cococo; Massimo Bottura’s “Perfect Day” to why we need to make female chefs more visible and how I achieved my dream kitchen.

I’ve covered the globe’s top culinary festivals and its’ most quirky festivals, cookery schools and street food worldwide, learnt flamenco dancing in Seville, foraged for in Lancashire and made perfume in Grasse, besides interviewing Anne-Sophie Pic whose exquisite cooking is as nuanced as a perfumier. I’ve been fortunate to have met many of the world’s most creative chefs and dined at their feted restaurants besides making endless, equally delicious, hole-in-the-hall discoveries everywhere from London to Jerez, Nice to Singapore.
